Change your diet -
Like the rest of our body, our skin is nourished by what we put into it. To have healthy and clear skin, we need to ensure that our diet is full of nutrient-rich foods. Good food choices for clear skin are leafy green vegetables, fruits, nuts, and seeds. Avoid processed foods, sugary drinks, and excessive alcohol, as these can all have a negative impact on our skin.
Drink more water -
Water is essential for many bodily functions and is key to keeping our skin hydrated. Aim to drink at least 2 liters of water per day. If you find it difficult to drink that much water, try adding fruit or flavors like lemon and cucumber to make the taste more appealing.
Dead and dull skin cells can accumulate in our pores and block the skin from breathing and absorbing the products we apply to it. So our skin needs a good exfoliation once a week to remove the dead cells and allow the healthy cells to shine through. There are many ways of doing this, so try using a scrub
